Simon "Top Billion" Hill is an artist from Monroe, LA.
Born September 14, 1990, he's been rapping seriously since he was 16 when he started recording songs in his bedroom. He released his first official mixtape "Off the Top" at 18 and since then he has released 9 other independent mixtapes and numerous self produced music videos to rapidly increase his skills. The music speaks for itself. He's the best up-and-coming rapper from the Third Coast.
